Swan Park apartments is a 491 unit apartment community located along the swan creek metro park's south entrance, in south Toledo. The community is well maintained, reasonably priced, and affordable. Although, it does not offer some of the frills like tennis courts, pool or exercise room, its closeness to several health clubs, and only being walking distance to swan creek metro park, makes Swan Park one of the most desired communities to live.
